P.O.R.N. Diets

I am coining this term as I feel some of the diets out there are so radical they need to be discussed in one place.

We here from our favorite celebrities daily and some of us live for this. We follow them on Twitter, talk about them on Bebo and MySpace or e mail each other about them especially when a new diet is talked about.

There have been some over the top radical diets in the past like the 'Air diet', not a very popular one for obvious reasons unlike the 'Chocolate' diet. Then there is the more main stream 'Atkins' diet or 'The Dash Diet' or even 'The South Beach Diet'. All have there plus and minus points and their advocates and nay sayers as well.

The trick when it comes to diets if there is a trick in selecting one would be to thoroughly research the topic. The mere fact that there literally are thousands of diets commercially available shown on television, billboards or even your local Chemist shop.

Here will be many, many articles pertaining to the topic of P.O.R.N. Diets circulating our media and your opinion on them is most welcome. Maybe you have been on one and would like to praise it or maybe warn others away from it. Whatever you may like to share, diet related, please do.

What is cool about Personal Trainer?

When you are dealing with weight problem, the solution you always come up with is to undergo diet and do some exercise. Looks easy right? Yes, at first glance, you think you can actually do these two things. But when you have sedentary job, cutting down what you eat and allot some extra hours for body movements seem like you are facing a mission impossible.

Dont be troubled, as they say, every problem has a solution, and here it is, for every fitness program that you are in, you will need a fitness trainer. That is right; he is the perfect guy for you in fulfilling your dreams of having that perfect body.

Why will I need him? You might ask. You will have less worries because this person knows what is best for you, he is the expert in everything that concerns your fitness. He will assess you, before you will be given a go signal on what to do with your self.

He will guide you along as you undergo your program for fitness, he might inspire you to improve your health. He will be your back up in becoming fit and slim.

He will also discuss with you what proper diet you should take in. Unlike when you do not have a trainer, you still have to trial and error the entire diet program in order to find out which will work for you best.

Of course, to see and evaluate your progress, he will have a record of how far have you gotten. Your trainer can also impart to you some of his secrets on maintaining your health, or share his experiences also on how he managed his.

Trainer as he is, he will or he might scold you sometimes especially if you have disobeyed your programs, you need corrections too. It is important in developing your self discipline.

Though it may require extra cash out of your pocket when you get a personal trainer, but come to think of it, the result of successfully cut down those extra pounds and start being healthy is much, much worth it.
