P.O.R.N. Diets

I am coining this term as I feel some of the diets out there are so radical they need to be discussed in one place.

We here from our favorite celebrities daily and some of us live for this. We follow them on Twitter, talk about them on Bebo and MySpace or e mail each other about them especially when a new diet is talked about.

There have been some over the top radical diets in the past like the 'Air diet', not a very popular one for obvious reasons unlike the 'Chocolate' diet. Then there is the more main stream 'Atkins' diet or 'The Dash Diet' or even 'The South Beach Diet'. All have there plus and minus points and their advocates and nay sayers as well.

The trick when it comes to diets if there is a trick in selecting one would be to thoroughly research the topic. The mere fact that there literally are thousands of diets commercially available shown on television, billboards or even your local Chemist shop.

Here will be many, many articles pertaining to the topic of P.O.R.N. Diets circulating our media and your opinion on them is most welcome. Maybe you have been on one and would like to praise it or maybe warn others away from it. Whatever you may like to share, diet related, please do.

Quick Weight Loss Diets

Quick weight loss diets are a great way that you can slim down no matter what time of year it is. Some quick weight loss diets can actually be dangerous if you try and lose weight too fast.

When going on a diet to lose weight you should never cut too many calories from your daily calorie budget. Instead, you should focus on losing weight through exercise while eating an appropriate amount of calories for your weight. The number of calories that you eat when on a diet should equal the number of calories that your body burns on a daily basis.

Quick weight loss diets usually include intense exercise to quickly burn up fat that may exist on your body. When you are on a fat burning diet, you are going to lose weight through intense exercise instead of intense dieting. Intense dieting can sometimes seem like a death sentence, but exercising will actually make you feel better about yourself instead of making yourself feel worse about yourself.

You should try to exercise at least thirty minutes a day when you are on a quick weight loss diet. If you do not exercise for at least thirty minutes a day it will be very difficult for you to burn any fat or lose any significant weight.

Quick weight loss diets usually include monitoring what you eat strictly. How many calories you eat in a day are important for diets, but there is something that is more important. It is more important to eat nutritional calories.

At this point, you may be wondering what a nutritional calorie is. A nutritional calorie is a calorie that gives you vitamins, minerals, and proteins along with the energy that the calorie provides you. Understanding what kinds of foods have nutritional calories is important if you want to lose weight.

A nutritional calorie can be found in any food that is generally healthy. Some foods that have healthy calories are fruits, vegetables, as well as lean meats. By eating these foods you are getting energy while still getting a nutritional benefit from the food that you are eating.

Just remember, when you are on one of the many quick weight loss diets you will always need to exercise on a daily basis if you want to lose weight quickly. Just make sure you don't cut too many calories when you are on one of the many quick weight loss diets!
