P.O.R.N. Diets

I am coining this term as I feel some of the diets out there are so radical they need to be discussed in one place.

We here from our favorite celebrities daily and some of us live for this. We follow them on Twitter, talk about them on Bebo and MySpace or e mail each other about them especially when a new diet is talked about.

There have been some over the top radical diets in the past like the 'Air diet', not a very popular one for obvious reasons unlike the 'Chocolate' diet. Then there is the more main stream 'Atkins' diet or 'The Dash Diet' or even 'The South Beach Diet'. All have there plus and minus points and their advocates and nay sayers as well.

The trick when it comes to diets if there is a trick in selecting one would be to thoroughly research the topic. The mere fact that there literally are thousands of diets commercially available shown on television, billboards or even your local Chemist shop.

Here will be many, many articles pertaining to the topic of P.O.R.N. Diets circulating our media and your opinion on them is most welcome. Maybe you have been on one and would like to praise it or maybe warn others away from it. Whatever you may like to share, diet related, please do.

Weight Loss Tips That Work With Any Diet

No one particular kind of diet will suit everyone for every body type. However, there are some tricks you can follow that will work for you no matter what. Why? Because they are indispensable to the way your body works.

If you don't use these weight loss tips, any weight loss program you try to follow is going to be impossible to follow, or at least very difficult to do. You'll think that you're fighting to lose weight, and this is because you're fighting against your body's own natural instincts to survive.

Understand and use these tips and you'll find any weight loss will go easier because you are going with the way your body naturally works. You will be enhancing your body's will to fight for balance and the natural healing process. Dr. Joel Wallach says, 'Give your body what it needs and it will heal'.

Obesity is a symptom of death and dying

When it comes to losing or maintaining weight, keep in mind that the same systems that do that are also the ones that make your growth, healing and energy possible, as well as maintaining your body in general. They are, in fact, what keep you alive. If you keep them going, and you work with them, your life will be healthy. If you work against them, though, you can damage your health or you can even kill yourself. Look at it honestly for a second; what is obesity, after all? It's a symptom of dying and death.

Establish little routines for yourself that will support your weight-loss systems and your life in general. Make sure you drink enough water, exercise enough, and stretch enough. Eat small portions of food, start eating early in the day, and eat often. Chew your food well and don't drink soda or ingest burnt oils. Reduce or eliminate sugar, alcohol, and simple carbohydrates. Bulk up ever so slightly on the protein, but be sensible about doing so.

Because we are creatures of habit, you can make this into a ritual that is actually fun. Most of us gained the weight we didn't want to because we had a cookie with our coffee every day. You can create new rituals that are fun and that support you in being healthy.

Do the little things right and it will come right

And don't expect to do it perfectly every single time. If you forget to follow any of the tips during any of the days, just start again right away. Don't even wait until tomorrow; just start again now. Every day you do the right thing, the better things will go for you.

Read and understand the rest of the tips and map out on paper little rituals for when you get up, eat and go to bed. Do it a bit at a time and these weight loss tips will support your weight loss and your life.
