P.O.R.N. Diets

I am coining this term as I feel some of the diets out there are so radical they need to be discussed in one place.

We here from our favorite celebrities daily and some of us live for this. We follow them on Twitter, talk about them on Bebo and MySpace or e mail each other about them especially when a new diet is talked about.

There have been some over the top radical diets in the past like the 'Air diet', not a very popular one for obvious reasons unlike the 'Chocolate' diet. Then there is the more main stream 'Atkins' diet or 'The Dash Diet' or even 'The South Beach Diet'. All have there plus and minus points and their advocates and nay sayers as well.

The trick when it comes to diets if there is a trick in selecting one would be to thoroughly research the topic. The mere fact that there literally are thousands of diets commercially available shown on television, billboards or even your local Chemist shop.

Here will be many, many articles pertaining to the topic of P.O.R.N. Diets circulating our media and your opinion on them is most welcome. Maybe you have been on one and would like to praise it or maybe warn others away from it. Whatever you may like to share, diet related, please do.

What Is The Fastest Way To A Flat Stomach, Would You Like To Know?

Nowadays there is a lot of emphasis on getting rid of belly fat and getting a flat stomach. If you are the owner of a perpetual spare tire, then you should know that the excess fat around your tummy may put you at higher risk for heart disease. So what's the fastest way to a flat stomach without further stressing your heart?

If you watch television a lot you might have come across quite a number of various gadgets that promise to burn belly fat that help you get a flat stomach in record time. Many of these devices do not work as promised and usually do nothing to give you a flat stomach.

Getting a flat stomach is all about working out effectively and regularly. There is no easy way to reduce belly fat and keep it off without hard work and diligent effort.

It is recommended that people first analyze their diet to find potential points of fat increasing foods. You need to be able to soft drinks, starchy and sugary foods as well as high fat fast foods from your diet. It might be difficult for some people since it's a lifestyle change but it's a very important step towards getting flat abs. You should understand that maintaining a healthy, trim body is more about proper diet and lifestyle choices than anything else.

Eat foods that are high in proteins. Your first step should be to burn off the excess body fat that has accumulated. You should start monitoring the number of calories you take in and start reducing them to maximize fat burning. You can eat lean meats of every kind, green, leafy vegetables and some fruits. You shouldn't avoid fruits and vegetables altogether, rather try incorporating more high fiber vegetables in your diet.

The reason it is recommended that you eat a high protein dinner is because your body does most of its work when you are asleep. You might not believe this but the proteins in your food will burn body fat all night long. So in essence you will be burning fat as you sleep. Of course you should stop eating at least two to three hours before bedtime to allow proper digestion.

Although it's true that some people can get away without exercise especially those who don't have much body fat to begin with, regular exercise is imperative for the fastest way to a flat stomach. You can begin your exercise routine by doing a few sit-ups, crunches, pull-ups and other exercises that focus on your abdominal muscles and work toward overall body toning and conditioning. If you follow a proper diet and keep to a workout routine, you see visible results quickly.
