A fasting weight loss program is generally considered to be safe if you are healthy and haven't got any health issues like cancer, kidney, liver or lung disease or diabetes. If you do have a plan to starting a fasting weight loss program then you need to prepare yourself properly, both body condition and lifestyle; depend on what type of fasting you will go through. 1. It might be best to lay off the physical activity during your fast. Making your body work so hard when you are limiting the amount of fuel it gets could lead to problems like headaches and other side effects.

It's easier to slowly cut them out of your diet over a period of time than to just cut them off abruptly when you start your fast.
3. About a week before you start your fast slowly decrease the amount of food you eat and increase the time between meals. That way it will be easier during the fast to control your hunger.
4. Before you start make sure you know everything you will need to do, write all the instructions down. If you start to get discouraged during the fast just remind yourself that the health benefits will far outweigh any unpleasant feelings during your fast.
5. If you are under 18 or having any chronic disease, consult a doctor beforehand.
Fasting can help you lose weight quickly as well as detoxify your body. For short fasting programs repeat it over until you get the results you're looking for. For a longer fasting program talk to your doctor first and have him supervise you during your fast.
The other type is the short fast which is only last for a short period such as one or two days. Only a handful of diet programs can use this type of fasting and still create great result.
Fasting weight loss has many variations, benefits and level of results. This type of weight loss isn't for everyone. It requires you to be healthy and have an abundance of willpower. But with the right diet plan and if you take the time to properly prepare yourself you can have a lot of success with a short fasting weight loss plan.
