I seem to get hungry during the night. Different people have their similar hunger issues throughout the day.
The night is my time. I can go without breakfast, and not eat until long after lunch time, then eat something light. But come supper time, Im ready to eat a horse!
But, by that time Im too tired to whip up a meal, or its so late, that I just dont feel like all the effort in it. So I usually end up eating something from a local restaurant.Then, Im ready for bed in an hour or so. Which inevitably keeps me gaining weight.
There has to be a better dietary regimen. In addition to my bad eating habits, I have an issue regarding constipation. Ive seen my doctor, and there is nothing wrong with my digestive tract, no heath issues whatsoever. Im just overweight, and I have a slow digestive system. I know Im lucky not to have any health related issues.
So what do I have to start doing? I really do not want to stay this way any longer, I cannot fit into my clothes, and I am uncomfortable in the way I look. I hold most of my weight in my belly, so I know that Im overweight. Accordingly, I have been really researching as to the best way to lose weight for me is, what I want to share it with you.
In the morning, I will blend a fruit smoothie, a banana, some fresh strawberries, with. I like the one that helps with pro-biotic, as it helps me have regular movements.
I put some ice in and some pure apple juice, and I feel full for hours. When lunch time comes, I will eat really light. Maybe a salad with maybe some fish or turkey breast in it. I love fish, and there are really tasty fish burgers that you can make the night before, then cut them up and put them in your salad.
You can prepare chicken in advance too! Just bake em up. I prefer to marinate them first, for flavor, and eat them for lunch the next day with salad. When dinner time comes around, Im not starving! So theres no excuse for me to eat unhealthy, nor nearly as much.
Ill steam my favorite veggies, with fish or turkey, most of the time its with fish. I cant get enough of fish, I was raised on it! I like to steam fish over brown rice, they cook together so nicely, add a bit of non-fat butter on the top, and thats a meal. Eating earlier is really helping.
What I notice is making a big difference is exercising. A nice slow paced walk with my husband on the beach has been a great way to begin.
Finding the best way to lose weight has been such a chore for me, and now that I have started walking and eating less, and eating healthier, I really am beginning to feel healthier and see the effects on my body.
