P.O.R.N. Diets

I am coining this term as I feel some of the diets out there are so radical they need to be discussed in one place.

We here from our favorite celebrities daily and some of us live for this. We follow them on Twitter, talk about them on Bebo and MySpace or e mail each other about them especially when a new diet is talked about.

There have been some over the top radical diets in the past like the 'Air diet', not a very popular one for obvious reasons unlike the 'Chocolate' diet. Then there is the more main stream 'Atkins' diet or 'The Dash Diet' or even 'The South Beach Diet'. All have there plus and minus points and their advocates and nay sayers as well.

The trick when it comes to diets if there is a trick in selecting one would be to thoroughly research the topic. The mere fact that there literally are thousands of diets commercially available shown on television, billboards or even your local Chemist shop.

Here will be many, many articles pertaining to the topic of P.O.R.N. Diets circulating our media and your opinion on them is most welcome. Maybe you have been on one and would like to praise it or maybe warn others away from it. Whatever you may like to share, diet related, please do.

A Treadmill Mat is the Most Important Accessory for Your Treadmill

By Matt Traylor

There are expensive treadmills with all the best features you can imagine, and even some you can't, and then there are budget lines of treadmills that barely have a handful of workout programs. But regardless of how much or how little the treadmill cost you, you can buy as many useless accessories as you like. Of course, you could also buy some very useful accessories, such as a treadmill mat, that are well worth your money.

A home repair kit can come in handy when small problems start turning up through the aging of your treadmill. It is a good way to learn a little about the basics of your machine while saving money doing some easy fixing yourself.

The only limitation of a repair kit is that it is only good for minor problems. It is important that you take your machine in for a professional if it requires major work. But the upside is that most treadmills will come with adequate warranty to cover any mechanical or parts failure.

It is crucial that you keep the treadmill clean so it will endure the lifetime of operation it was built for. Keeping the treadmill free of debris build up will go a long way to avoiding certain problems that frequently plaque machines.

A cleaning kit is available and usually comes with instructions on how to use the included tools to properly clean the treadmill. The kit will include basic cleaning tools like a cleaning brush, cleaning solution, and an application wand.

For motorized treadmills, as most are, lubrication is important to protect the motor and optimize its efficiency. A lubrication kit will help keep the machine operating properly. In fact, most motor problems arise from burning the motor because of a lack of proper lubrication.

One of the most important accessories that some would say is a must more than it is an option is a treadmill mat. The mat goes underneath your treadmill to protect junk such as motor lube from messing with your floor or carpet. The mat will also catch any unwanted loose carpet fibers and ground dust from going upward into your treadmill whenever it is in use.

Not as important as the treadmill mat is the cover that goes over the machine when not in use. It is not as vital as the mat because there is less threat of damaging the treadmill by dust coming down than particles going up and into the mechanics.

In the end, there are all sorts of accessories you can buy for your treadmill if the funds allow for it, and you feel the use for them. But the ones mentioned above are very handy to have and probably worth your consideration.
