P.O.R.N. Diets

I am coining this term as I feel some of the diets out there are so radical they need to be discussed in one place.

We here from our favorite celebrities daily and some of us live for this. We follow them on Twitter, talk about them on Bebo and MySpace or e mail each other about them especially when a new diet is talked about.

There have been some over the top radical diets in the past like the 'Air diet', not a very popular one for obvious reasons unlike the 'Chocolate' diet. Then there is the more main stream 'Atkins' diet or 'The Dash Diet' or even 'The South Beach Diet'. All have there plus and minus points and their advocates and nay sayers as well.

The trick when it comes to diets if there is a trick in selecting one would be to thoroughly research the topic. The mere fact that there literally are thousands of diets commercially available shown on television, billboards or even your local Chemist shop.

Here will be many, many articles pertaining to the topic of P.O.R.N. Diets circulating our media and your opinion on them is most welcome. Maybe you have been on one and would like to praise it or maybe warn others away from it. Whatever you may like to share, diet related, please do.

How To Lose Weight Before Your Wedding. Happy Wedding Day.

Everyone wants to look good at a wedding, no matter you are the bride, groom, attendants or guests, especially true for brides who spend most of the time thinking how to lose weight for wedding day and look beautiful and sexy in their wedding day. Choose the diet plan which can really help you in healthy weight loss. Share with you some tips to help you lose pounds before the big day.

* Eat when you are hungry. The excitement to eat may occur because you're bored, or even because your body is mistaking thirst for hunger. Drink more water throughout each day to prevent this from happening. I would recommend to drink at least 64oz.

* Limit yourself taken carbohydrates and salty foods. This is really an emergency weight loss trick. If you limit your carbs, you can lose pounds fast by burning up all the stored carbs in your body.

* Exercise is essential to weight control. I would recommend do some exercise in the morning before you eat breakfast. It is very effective to burn fat. Walk for at least 30 minutes everyday. You will be more energy with frequent exercise.

* Plan a meal schedule. You should be eating 5-6 small meals each day to help control your weight. Eat slowly with chewing your food completely will help your body easily digest. Breakfast is very important meal for a day to kick start your metabolism into gear for the day. If you want some midnight snack, eat with low-calorie.

* Enough Sleep. It is important to have enough sleep for good health. You should get between seven to nine hours a night. Lack of rest causes the body slow down metabolism.
