It really doesn't matter that what type of weight loss diet you join up. What diets do is to provide your body with the needed nutrients to help it burn off as many calories as possible, making sure that it is not starved in the process and it is getting all the nutrients to be sufficient for its daily nutritional requirements. What you should make sure though, is that whatever diet you join up, it shouldn't have starving as a mode of diet, because starving yourself doesn't really do you any good, but it is actually harmful for your weight loss goals. Starving sets your body in the "fasting" mode, which slows down metabolism, so you are always tired and it also favors fat buildup in your body.
So as I said, that it doesn't matter what weight loss diet you choose from, because a good exercise plan is more than sufficient for achieving any type of a sensible weight loss goal. Now you would be thinking, why weight loss exercises are so important? Well let me explain with examples.
Let us assume that you are taking 3000 calories every day. Your daily activities consume about 2200 of them, so the remaining 800 are stored as fat. Now you follow exercise program, where you start burning 1400 more calories everyday. That makes it 3600 calories, which means that now 600 calorie requirement of your body is more than your intake. These 600 calories is in turn taken from your fat reserve, which burns it down and you gradually burn down fat.
Weight loss exercises also increases the muscle mass of the body. The more muscle you have on you, the more easily it will be for you to lose weight and burn fat. Muscles burn more energy than fat, so if you exercise with your muscles on, you would be burning even more calories than you used to, and hence your weight loss will actually increase with the passing time.
With all that, eating healthy can really help you a lot, because you would want to provide your body with all the sufficient nutrients because you are putting it through a lot of work. I think I have given you enough reasons to believe that weight loss exercises are sufficiently important, and must be your priority over weight loss diets if your schedule allows you.
